Ugly Duckling Nails inc. is a shopping experience for professionals only. For this reason, we require that you contact us to register for shopping.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your account, and include a copy of your license, certificate, and/or a link to a social media page with your name on it. You will then receive an email with a link to enter your password and create your personal online account.
Monday thru Thursday 9am – 5pm PSTPAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa/Debit or Paypal. Ugly Duckling Nails inc. does not offer terms.
Orders ship Monday through Friday and will be ready for shipping within 48hrs (with the exception of weekends). Please visit our "shipping" tab for more details.
There is no minimum order for salon sales.
No shipping charges will be applied to back orders. Our policy is to contact you when your product arrives to confirm that you still want it, and to see if you would like to add to the order.
We would typically keep you notified of any deals or news via email. If you prefer an alternate form of communication, please let us know.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Ugly Duckling we strive to offer you quality and excellence in both our service and our products. We triple check all our shipments to ensure that our products leave us in perfect condition. If our product has been damaged, please contact us within 7 days, and we will be happy to offer you a credit, or send a replacement.
With the exception of a faulty or damaged item, you will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns, and there will be a 15% restocking fee. We will provide you a store credit for the balance.
