INVOICING
All orders are processed in house. After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours on a regular business day, something went wrong - so please contact us.

PAYMENT
All orders are prepaid with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa/Debit or Paypal. E-transfer is available for Canadian Citizens only - please email contact@uglyducklingnails.com for more information.
We offer the option to checkout in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or US Dollars (USD). To select your preferred currency, please use the currency selector located in the top right corner on desktop/laptop or you can find it under the dropdown menu (3 lines) in the top left corner if you are on a mobile device.

SHIPPING
All orders received Monday through Friday will be ready for shipping within 48hrs.

CANADA
No Shipping charges will be applied for ground shipments within Canada on invoices over $150.00(before taxes). Orders under $150.00 will have a $15.00 shipping fee added at checkout. If you require faster service, Ugly Duckling Nails Inc. asks that you pay the difference between Ground and your choice of upgraded service.

USA
No Shipping charges will be applied for ground shipments within USA on invoices over $150.00. Orders under $150.00 will have a $15.00 shipping fee added at checkout. If you require faster service, Ugly Duckling Nails Inc. asks that you pay the difference between Ground and your choice of upgraded service. US shipments may be subject to local duties and taxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are happy to ship our products internationally! If you are unable to locate a distributor near you, you are welcome to order directly from our website. Due to the higher shipping costs charged to us by the courier companies, our minimum shipping charge is $150 for orders under $200.  Orders over $200 is $175 shipping, and over $400 is $200 shipping.   

We ship with estimated 7 - 14 business days delivery. Although we have had great success, we cannot guarantee shipping times. We also do not accept any responsibility for items/packages searched, held up or seized by Customs. 

Some of our products are classified as Dangerous Goods, and we are required to label them as such when shipping domestically or internationally. There may be an additional Dangerous Goods fee for shipments containing Dangerous Goods, depending on the quantity of the Dangerous Goods products. If an order is placed and is subject to the Dangerous Goods charge (charged by the couriers) we will contact you to notify you.

We ship UPS with estimated 7 - 14 business days delivery. International shipments may be subject to local duties and taxes. Keep an eye on our "Distribution" page, to see if there is a distributor in your area.

MINIMUM ORDERS
There is no minimum order for salon sales.

EMAIL NOTIFICATION
We typically keep you notified of any deals or news via email, however if you prefer an alternate form of communication, please let us know.

LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are pleased to offer UD Package Protection on all orders. For a small fee based on your overall order total, you can keep UD Package Protection applied to your invoice for added peace of mind. 

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages if you remove UD Package Protection from your invoice. By removing UD Package Protection from your order, you are opting out of the additional coverage and the replacement of the package will not be the responsibility of Ugly Duckling Nails.
